Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program is made up of various class options.
This class is for children and teens ages 10-15. The class curriculum is a hybrid of our adult fundamentals and adult intermediate curriculum giving older children the chance to learn more advanced techniques and concepts.
The Kids Competition Class is great for kids who want more training with an emphasis on BJJ concepts, positional drilling, and rolling. This is a great opportunity for our students to grow. The requirements to be in the Kids Competition Class is as follows: 8 years old and up, 10 months of training and has been awarded 2 stripes, in unique situations coach’s approval.
Kids do not have to compete to be in this class. We expect the students to come in and be ready to work and grow their Jiu Jitsu game. Both students that compete and those who do not will have to come in with an understanding of an atmosphere of a competition environment.
This is a bjj class teaching students how to do jiu jitsu without the kimono. In this class students will learn more advanced concepts and learn to structure all of the techniques they learned into a comprehensive system with a focus on not using the kimono for grips and attacks.

We have a Mini Monster program for ages 5-6. We have programs for ages 7-10, and ages 11-15. Martial arts are great for kids! Our classes will help your child become fit and build self-confidence!

No, our classes are a good mix of boys and girls of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced kids, helping each other out in a fun team environment.
