Teaching children to know right from wrong is one of the toughest challenges parents have to face.
Seven to nine-year olds are what most people consider "the golden age." They are proficient in their vocabulary and problem-solving skills, yet they are not at the age where they want complete independence from adults.
The problem we discovered is they still lack core skills, and although they are highly intelligent, they struggle to keep up with students ages 10 and up. The solution we found is to provide them with their own program that targets their stage of development in a manner that adapts to their adventurous attitude and youthful nature while at the same time building skills that set them up for success.

The UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) is an organization, not a type of fighting. Fighters that compete in UFC events train in the disciplines of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling. So yes, we technically offer classes in “UFC fighting” but we prefer to call each martial art by its correct name. If you are interested in becoming a mixed martial arts (or UFC) fighter you must first develop a strong base of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
We don’t have a specific training requirement. This is your membership and you will get out of it what you put into it. If you train once per week you will learn the skills, but if you train three or five times per week you will learn at a much more accelerated pace. We understand that many people have busy schedules and simply encourage you to train as often as you can. We believe that training three times per week will produce good results for most people!
Yes! We have multiple black belts and upper belts that have trained under the tutelage of many Legends and World Champions!
No, all of our Instructors request to be called Coach followed by thier last name.
Our martial arts classes' primary goal is to make sure our students have fun in a playful, safe environment. Come and see a class for yourself - the kids have a blast and our instructors do too.
No, our classes are a good mix of boys and girls of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced kids, helping each other out in a fun team environment.
